Baby D {Savannah, GA Newborn Photographer}

Hi!-

So over the weekend I had the awesome opportunity to shoot a newborn session with a sweet little guy. His parents were awesome and so willing to help with every little aspect from posing to holding the backdrop up! I like to have the parents involved because it does make for a fun memory but also one of the most precious ones to remember.

 If you are thinking of booking a newborn shoot, it is best to do so shortly before you deliver or shortly there after. This is so I as the photographer can get those sweet precious poses while baby is mostly still sleepy during those first few days after birth. Anything after about two weeks can be harder to do. This is because babies have their own schedule and can be much more alert and more easily awakened during this age. Please feel free to contact me if you are interested in a newborn shoot. I'm able to do a shoot on location as I did with baby D! Stay tuned for more from his session!

Long distance love

Don't you just cringe when you know of someone who has to spend the next year alone without their significant other? It is so incredibly hard especially on the kids. My good friends Rebecca and Andy have been friends of mine for the last five years and Andy is yet again leaving for another long year. It is so hard to have to watch this happen to our loved ones and friends. Thankfully, I was able to provide them with pictures of their little family and pictures of them to cherish while they are apart from one another. Love and relationships are tested but the best prevail and this is exactly Rebecca and Andy. Truly one of a kind and I could not see it any other way. God is faithful and may he continue to bless Rebecca and Andy through out their many many years together.  I have an amazing set to share from their session and I hope for those of you who will or are going to be going through a long distance relationship temporarily that you will reach out to call and book a shoot!- these are the most important times to have photo's to cherish everyday when you walk through the front door and see those pictures hanging on the wall. These truly are your strength everyday that your spouse is gone.
